What's special about raw chocolate? Raw or unroasted chocolate contains cacao beans that have been minimally processed at lower temperatures to maximise the  complex flavours of the natural cacao bean.

This chocolate is similar to our Organic Chocolate with Cuzco Pink Salt & Nibs and combines finest Pacari chocolate with Cuzco pink salt from the Maras salt terraces in Peru, however, the use of raw chocolate with a higher 70% cacao content provides a strikingly different, deeper flavour and uses coconut sugar.
