Sourced from native organic certified varieties of Theobroma Cacao (Arriba Nacional) sustainably grown in Ecuador by small farmers within the Amazon rainforest. 

Raw Cacao has been prized by South American civilisations for millennia. It can be used to make mouth watering ceremonial cacao hot chocolates, raw chocolates, praline, or raw cake recipes and more.
