What's special about raw chocolate? Raw or unroasted chocolate contains cacao beans that have been minimally processed at lower temperatures to maximise the complex flavours of the natural cacao bean.

This bar is similar to our Organic Chocolate with Andean Blueberries. You'll still enjoy the health benefits of blueberries, they're low in calories, high in nutrients and king of the antioxidant foods, but you'll find that the use of raw chocolate and the higher 70% cacao content provides a deeper, richer taste.
