United KingdomI drink my cocoa strong, no sugar, with a little salt and chili. I'm used to a roasted cocoa so I'm still getting used to this and it's got a bit more acidity than I like. Mixed with my usual cocoa it adds a fruity dimension to the flavour.
Thank you very much for your comments and review. By being unroasted (raw) you definetly will get other notes on your cacao. The acidity again as everything relate to taste is very personal, but also vintage, so thank you again for this review and taken the time to share it with us. My professor and I went to Ecuador (currently we both live in Wales) last November and took her to the PACARI cafe/store in Cuenca's downtown and she loved the hot chocolate.
