    What's special about raw chocolate? Raw or unroasted chocolate contains cacao beans that have been minimally processed at lower temperatures to maximise the antioxidants and complex flavours of the natural cacao bean.

    This chocolate raw 85% cacao belongs to our amazing biodynamic Demeter range. 

    Our 85% Arriba Nacional cacao bar is one of our higher cacao content bars. If you like a more intense cacao taste you'll love that you can really taste the cacao's notes of dried fruits and coffee beans balanced with the sweetness of the coconut sugar.

    Worth it

    Horribly expensive, but worth it. I've never tasted chocolate as good as Pacari. Such an intense taste that a little goes a long way. Trouble is, now I don't want to eat any other sort.

    Amazingly superb

    I adore this raw taste and full flavour of real chocolate The fact that this chocolate has the most of the flavonoids of any other chocolate I have tried required offering heart health benefits, is a much welcome bonus.

    Another delivery

    We don't tire of this chocolate. We only have a couple of squares at a time as the flavour lingers, so we're not over indulging. It's an especially good treat during lockdown. Your service is so quick too, much quicker than you warned it may take. Thanks.

    The best chocolate I've tasted

    I didn't realise before what flavours could be in chocolate. This is rich, rounded and fruity. A small piece melted in the mouth leaves flavours which last so no need to eat more for some time. Being 85% it is healthier anyway, but as less satisfies there is no fear of over indulging. This is a treat well worth every penny.

    Almost there.

    This is a fantastic chocolate, however it is just a shade too sweet. If they could increase it to 90% then I think that would be the perfect balance.
